COMPANY POLICY

Orders
When placing a order please print the following information:
Full business name, full adres, phone- and faxnumber, quantities, partnumbers of items wanted and additional information that may seem important.

Prices
a) All our prices are net prices without engagement, tax and freight.
b) As our prices are regularly updated via computer, prices are subject to change without any prior notice to customers. c) We only sell for dealer- and distibutorprices to legitimated motorcycle dealers who maintain a business establishment and buy in wholesale quantities. We carefully check all new applications for our dealer- or distributorpricelist and all orders from new accounts to make shure that they come from legitimate dealers. New dealers must provide proof of bonafide motorcycle business operation in the form of photo copy of sellers permit, business letterhead and photograph of storefront.

Payment
All orders will be sent COD in Holland. Any orders from outside Holland must be prepaid in Dutch funds or Euro's. Freight charges may be sent collect.

Warranty
None of the products on this homepage is DOT approved. All products on this catalog are for custom applications. It is responsabillity of the user to determine the suitability of the products on this homepage for his or her use. The user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and liability and all other obligations and risk associated therewith. The installation of the parts on this homepage may void your factory warranty. We have complete confidence in our parts, but we strongly recommend to test fit all products before any modification or painting. Pro Steet will not be hold responsible for any labor or paint cost under any circumstance. Our guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of defective products up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, negligence, alteration or misuse. We will not accept for return any product that has been damaged or modified for improper installation. Pro Street will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Pro Street.

Shipping
Holland: All orders will be sent COD in Holland Foreign countries: We sent the invoice by fax and post, including our bank information. After receiving the payment, we ship the same day. Freight charges may be sent collect.

Returns
Shipments must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt to insure they are complete and undamaged. Claim for damages must be made with the carrier at once. Pro Street must be notified within five (5) working days of the receipt of a shipment of any shortages or incorrect shipments. It is adviseable to phone Pro Street as problems can oftentimes be corrected more quickly with a direct call. The following qualifications are necesssary to receive credit, a refund or to exchange merchandise. 1. The parts must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
2. They must be packaged properly to prevent any damage during shipping. Damaged parts due to poor packaging will be returned to the owner at his expense.

3. All return must be sent to Pro Street insured and prepaid. No CODs will be accepted.
4. All returns must be accompanied by a copie of the original invoice of purchase and a note explaining the reasons for return.
5. Under no circumstances are altered, rusty, used or otherwise unsaleable parts returnable.
Upon acceptance of the returned parts by Pro Street under the above creteria, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
